Red Cross Team Member Resource Groups provide year-round opportunities for employees and volunteers to connect, learn, and support one another while strengthening our workplace culture and mission delivery. Open to all Red Crossers, these groups foster engagement across shared interests and experiences, and offer a platform for peer connection, awareness, and employee voice.
The Red Cross offers a wide range of professional development opportunities to support continuous learning and growth. Self-paced online learning enables employees and volunteers to build skills on their own schedule, and the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program offers high-performing team members a pathway to explore senior-level leadership.
